Misunderstanding Marco

I similar Marco Rubio too promise that he, rather than Donald Trump, gets the Republican nomination.  In particular, I remember his taxation computer program includes a lot of practiced ideas.

Paul Krugman's column today takes a inexpensive shot at it (natch):

So is this true?  Would Mitt Romney actually goal upward owing zippo inwards federal taxes?

Before turning to that question, watch a simpler one: Under a retail sales tax, produce you lot pay the taxation if you lot are non a retailer?  In a superficial sense, no.  Only retailers goal upward sending checks to the government.  But inwards a to a greater extent than meaningful sense, yes.  H5N1 retail sales taxation gets built into the prices that customers pay, too anyone who buys from a retailer bears the burden of the tax.
